2.1 Contractuele gegevens en aanvragen
Gegevens worden verwerkt voor:
- uitvoering van overeenkomsten (art. 6 lid 1 sub b AVG),
- beantwoording van aanvragen (art. 6 lid 1 sub f AVG),
- wettelijke verplichtingen (art. 6 lid 1 sub c AVG).
2.2 Analytics en cookies
De site gebruikt Google Analytics 4 met IP-anonimisering en Consent Mode v2 via gecertificeerde CMP. Opslag: max. 14 maanden. Gegevensoverdracht naar VS op basis van SCC. Gebruikersgegevens kunnen worden geanalyseerd door Google LLC, dat optreedt als gegevensverwerker onder hun eigen privacybeleid: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
2.3 Calculator- en contactformulier
Gegevens via het calculatorformulier (eigendomstype, locatie, staat) en persoonlijke gegevens (naam, e-mail, telefoon) worden alleen gebruikt om een offerte op maat te maken. Opslag op servers in Nederland.
2.4 Social media en externe links
De website bevat links naar Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest en in de toekomst mogelijk LinkedIn en andere netwerken. Door te klikken worden gebruikers doorgestuurd naar externe sites met hun eigen privacybeleid. Beoordelingen over ons bedrijf kunnen ook worden verzameld en weergegeven via deze platforms en diensten zoals Google.
3. Rechten van betrokkenen
U heeft recht op:
- inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering,
- beperking van verwerking,
- overdraagbaarheid van gegevens,
- intrekking van toestemming,
- klacht bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
4. Bewaring en beveiliging
Gegevens worden tot 7 jaar bewaard volgens fiscale regelgeving. Beveiliging vindt plaats volgens art. 32 AVG.
5. Wijzigingen
Beleid kan worden aangepast. Belangrijke wijzigingen worden gecommuniceerd via e-mail of pop-up.

2.1 Contractual and enquiry data
Personal data is processed for:

- responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),

The website uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization and Consent Mode v2, integrated via certified CMP. Data is stored for up to 14 months. Transfers to the US are based on SCC with safeguards. 2.3 Quotation calculator and contact form
Data entered into the quotation form (property type, location, condition) and personal data (name, email, phone) are processed solely to create a personalized offer. Data is stored exclusively on servers located in the Netherlands.
2.4 Social media and external links
The website contains links to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and possibly LinkedIn or others. By clicking, users are redirected to external services whose privacy policies apply. Reviews about our company may also be collected and displayed using these platforms and services such as Google.

Every individual has the right to:
- access, rectify or delete their data,
- restrict or object to processing,
- withdraw consent,
- data portability,
- file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch DPA).

Data is stored for up to 7 years per tax/accounting regulations. Security measures per Art. 32 GDPR are in place to protect the data.

Policy updates are published on the website. Significant changes may be notified by email or website notification.
